Fix the issue fast.

Use these quick checks to solve the most common reading, download, and account problems.

Most issues on digital reading platforms are simple to resolve. Below are the most common checks to try before contacting support.

If a book will not open

Confirm that your internet connection is stable and that you are signed in to the correct account. Try refreshing the page, reopening the file, or using a supported browser or reading app. If the issue continues, the title may have format-specific restrictions or require a different reader.

If a download fails

Check your storage space, browser download settings, and file permissions. Try downloading again from your library page, and make sure pop-up blockers are not interfering. If the file is damaged or incomplete, request a fresh download link.

If you cannot sign in

Reset your password, confirm your email address, and check that your account is verified if verification is required. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are logging into the one used for your purchase. Support can help identify the correct account if needed.

If reading progress is not syncing

Sign out and back in, then confirm that sync is enabled where applicable. Some titles or formats may not support full cross-device syncing. If the progress still does not update, send us the title name, device type, and browser version.

Contact support

If none of the steps solve the issue, contact support with a screenshot, device details, and order information. That helps us troubleshoot faster and avoid repeated back-and-forth. The more context you share, the faster we can help.
